Degree in Business Administration, Management Trainer and Certified Coach (CTI and ICF), Member of the training body of CTI +18 years experience in international HR Management in global companies such as Fidelity International, Thomson Reuters, Raytheon of which lately as Head of HR for EMEA.

As a coach I am a sparring-partner who supports and helps move into action – neutral, critical and non-judgmental. As an HR Leader I am convinced we should apply the same qualities – even though sometimes we have to judge or take decisions.

My coaching approach is based on the highest international standards concerning content, methodology and ethical guidelines of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
